Uninstall Sophos Control Centre

Note: Some of the components listed below may not be present, depending on the products you have installed.

At the Windows server where you have installed the Sophos Control Center, open the ‘Add or Remove programs’ window as follows:

On a Windows 2000 server, click Start|Settings|Control Panel|Add/Remove programs. On a Windows 2003 server, click Start|Control Panel|Add or Remove programs.

1.Select 'Sophos AutoUpdate', click 'Uninstall', and follow the instructions on the screen.
2.Select 'Sophos Anti-Virus', click 'Uninstall', and follow the instructions on the screen.
3.Select 'Sophos Remote Management System', click 'Uninstall', and follow the instructions on the screen.
4.Select Sophos Control Center and click 'Remove'. Follow the instructions given on the screen.
5.Select PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange and click 'Remove'. Follow the instructions given on the screen.
6.Go to the command prompt (click Start > Run > type cmd.exe and press press the enter key).
7.Type the following command to drop the database file and then press the Enter key:

sqlcmd -S .\sophos -E -Q “drop database SOPHOS4”
